4.3 Accurate Information. You are required to keep your registered details — including full name, date of birth, email address, and payment method information — accurate and up to date. kisa918 reserves the right to verify your details at any time and to suspend your Account pending verification.
4.4 Account Inactivity. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. kisa918 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of RM10 to dormant accounts, provided that the Account balance does not fall below zero. You will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied.
4.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our Customer Support team via Live Chat. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing times. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will not be returned.
5.1 Supported Payment Methods. kisa918 supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX (via all participating Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong), and direct bank transfer. 5.2 Deposit Limits. The minimum deposit per transaction is RM30. The maximum deposit per transaction is RM30,000. kisa918 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. Minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Processing times are as follows:
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. All withdrawals are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds; (c) the withdrawal not exceeding your applicable daily or monthly limit; and (d) your Account being in good standing with no open disputes or fraud flags.
5.5 Source of Funds. kisa918 reserves the right to request documentary evidence regarding the source of funds deposited into your Account, consistent with our anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights pending investigation.
kisa918 processes all transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). There are no hidden currency conversion fees. Players using Malaysian bank accounts and local e-wallets will see balances and transaction histories denominated entirely in RM.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free credit offers, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards offered by kisa918 are subject to specific terms stated at the point of offer as well as the general provisions set out in this clause. Where there is a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2 Welcome Bonus Eligibility. Each new player is eligible to claim one welcome package only. The welcome bonus is only available to players who have not previously held an Account with kisa918. Accounts sharing the same device, IP address, payment method, or household may be considered the same player for the purposes of bonus eligibility.
6.3 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, the following wagering requirements apply to welcome bonuses:
Wagering must be completed within 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from uncompleted wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is fulfilled.

6.6 Expiry. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain unplayed at the expiry of the applicable validity period will be automatically removed from your Account without compensation.
7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets and wagers placed on kisa918 are subject to acceptance by the Platform at the prevailing odds or game parameters at the time of placement. kisa918 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event that has already commenced or where the odds displayed contain a manifest error.
7.2 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void — and the stake returned — in any of the following circumstances: (a) the event to which the bet relates is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned; (b) the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a system error; (c) the bet was placed by a User who was not eligible at the time; or (d) the bet is subject to ongoing integrity investigation.

Market availability, bet types, and odds are subject to change at any time without prior notice and will reflect real-time sporting event conditions.
7.4 Casino Games & RNG. All slot and RNG-based table games offered on the Platform are powered by independently certified Random Number Generators. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures represent long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session.
7.5 Live Casino. Live dealer games are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant game studio as well as kisa918's general betting rules. 10.2 Where kisa918's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, our aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. kisa918 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12.2 Termination by kisa918. kisa918 may permanently close your Account and terminate these Terms with immediate effect if: (a) you have materially breached these Terms; (b) you have provided false identity documentation; (c) you have been found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct outlined in Clause 8; or (d) continued maintenance of your Account would expose kisa918 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, any real-money Account balance (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable time frame, subject to the completion of any outstanding investigations. kisa918 shall not be liable to you for any loss of anticipated profits, bonuses, or other benefits that you may have received had your Account remained open.
12.4 Termination by You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Voluntary closure does not affect any rights or obligations that have already arisen under these Terms.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which kisa918's operating licence is issued. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.
13.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and kisa918, you agree to first contact our Customer Support team to seek an informal resolution. kisa918 will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
13.3 Formal Disputes. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, you may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set out by our licencing authority. 13.4 Language. These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between any translation and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by publishing an updated version of these Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by sending an email notification to the address registered on your Account.
